Prescriptions

We encourage all our patients to be pro-active about managing their prescriptions and ask you to please be vigilant and responsible by planning ahead as much as is practicable. This ensures a timely response from our Team.

.  Twice every year, you will be required to come into the Practice for a review by your Doctor for your medications

.  If you are registered on-line to MyIndici, request your scripts by using the Medication Tab

.  Routine prescriptions are generally available in 48 hours.

Same Day or Urgent Prescriptions

.  If ordered before 12pm it will be ready at 4pm

.  If ordered after 12pm it will be ready by 2 pm the next day

Please direct written formal complaints to the Business/Practice Manager.  Should you require any assistance or support in submitting a complaint, we are

happy to assist you.

Fees
